增壓時,常閉閥及常開閥均不通電,氣源直接從 1 口進(jìn)入閥體,推開增壓膜片,從2口進(jìn)入制動氣室。
保壓時,常閉閥通電吸合,使氣源到達(dá)增壓膜片上腔,壓緊增壓膜片,同時另一路氣源從常開閥到達(dá)排氣膜片下腔,壓緊排氣膜片,達(dá)到保壓的目的。
減壓時,常閉閥通電吸合,使氣源到達(dá)增壓膜片上腔,壓緊增壓膜片,同時常開閥也通電吸合, 將排氣膜片下腔的氣通過 3 口排掉,這樣制動氣室的氣就能通過 2口推開排氣膜片,將制動室的氣從 3口排出。
車架上靠近制動室的位置,排氣口朝下。傾斜不超過30度,電磁閥到制動室的管子不超過 1.5m,管徑大于 9mm,1口接進(jìn)氣,2口接制動室。
