1. ABS introduction
1.1 what is ABS
ABS is the abbreviation of anti lock braking system, which is an electronic system to control and monitor the vehicle speed during braking. It works through the conventional braking system, and can improve the active safety of the vehicle. When ABS fails, the conventional brake system still works. ABS system mainly consists of ECU, ABS solenoid valve, wheel speed sensor and harness.
1.2 what are the advantages of vehicle ABS installation
The maneuverability of vehicle direction is maintained during emergency braking;
The braking distance is shortened and optimized. On the low adhesion road, the braking distance is shortened by more than 10%, which keeps the optimal utilization ratio of road adhesion coefficient, that is, the optimal braking distance.
Reduced traffic accidents.
Reduce the driver's mental burden.
Reduced tire wear and maintenance costs.
2. Trailer ABS solenoid valve
2.1 function of ABS solenoid valve of Trailer
ABS solenoid valve is a main executive part of ABS system. It receives the electrical signal from ECU to charge, exhaust and maintain the pressure of brake chamber. Compared with the common ABS solenoid valve, the flow of the trailer ABS solenoid valve is larger. One solenoid valve can control the air supply of three brake chambers at the same time. Therefore, compared with the conventional ABS solenoid valve, the cost advantage of installing the trailer ABS solenoid valve is very obvious.
2.2 ABS solenoid valve of our company
Our Trailer ABS solenoid valve was listed in 2009. After five years of continuous test and improvement, it has been finalized. In order to facilitate the installation, we specially developed two solenoid valves in different directions. During the installation, two solenoid valves in two directions can be installed in the brake chambers on both sides, which is very convenient without connecting elbow.
